« Overall a great experience, had a small issue with the water heater however a quck text and a immediate reply the issue was resolved quickly.You can hear the above tenants walking around but it wasnt an issue during bed time hours.The bunk beds were a huge hit with my kids and the beds themselves were heavenly, slept like a baby. « The unit was very nice, clean and well appointed. Everything you would need ready and available. The bed was very comfortable. The access to the place is rather cumbersome. That was not a surpise as the access is pictured in the write-up. This is the reason I gave it 4 stars vs 5. »
