hotel simples, mas com ótimo custo beneficio, pois é muito bem localizado, preço honesto, café da manhã simples mas de acordo com o preço que pagamos.. funcionários muito simpáticos, banheiros recentemente reformados, mas no geral tudo muito simples no quarto.. a cama e travesseiros tbm são simples, acho que poderiam ser melhores para dar um melhor conforto.

Cute hotel in Miraflores
This was a nice hotel. We arrived about 2 hours later than expected. They have a desk that is manned 24/7 so this was not an issue when we arrived at almost 2 am. They arranged our taxi from the airport and he waited for over two hours to bring us to the hotel. They also arranged transport to the center of the city and to the airport when we left. The wifi worked well except in the breakfast area. The breakfast was a continental style, buffet, but was filling and tasty. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and there was hot water and water pressure.

Great Experience
A moderate priced hotel very centrally located within the Miraflores district and within easy walking distance of many attractions and excellent restaurants. Excellent service from the hotel staff especially the front desk.

Due to a family emergency I had to make a last minute trip, not trusting the area to be out after dark I came back to the hotel early to sit in my room with no TV an the VERY loud humming of the refrigerator that I had to unplug. The front desk "claims" that the satellite was out ..... for a week?

En general, la estadía estuvo bastante bien. El problema vino en el momento del checkoout. Eramos dos adultos y dos menores a las 05:00 AM, y aún estando dos varones en la recepción, nadie de ofreció a ayudarnos con las maletas. Mi mujer se molestó bastante y eso obviamente me generó un problema.
