"Very impressive hotel. I could look at the dining room ceiling for a long time and never stop wondering how it was constructed. Slightly hidden away from the front with an anonymous facade with a generous car park around the back that’s east to miss, the hotel is an oasis within a fairly bland industrial city. The reception area is generous and well appointed with friendly staff, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast provides a great excuse to outstay your welcome. "
"The friendly lady at the reception gave me a very nice upgrade . The view was good , because there was only the impressive Railway station and some green hills ."
"I usually do not right bad reviews, but throughout my travels I stayed in many places, this was probably the worse. Cheap and dirty. Maybe if you’re young hipster on a very tight budget, not for families. I booked 2 nights, left after 1 night early morning without looking back. Very depressing. Bring your own pillows and blankets."
"It was horrible... First of all, it is not a hotel, but a service apartment. I don't know why hotels.com permits something like this in its listings. I totally used to trust hotels.com based on its reputation and I always book through it. But now I doubt its reputation because of this hotel called service apartment. I was in hurry and booked it as I thought the price is reasonable. But there is a huge hidden charge, which doubled the charge. Moreover, how can you permit it to be non-refundable...
"Smartflats just allocated me a flat outside of my desired location, without my knowledge and consent. I was left without where to stay and I was fully charged for it.
Please be aware that they can change your research city without informing you.
On top of that additional charges will be done to the credit cards without consent. So the value shown is much lower than what is charged in total.
A full trap!

"The property was not clean. In particular the shower had black mould. There were stains on the window cills. There was a loose socket in the bedroom, But most of all the cleaning staff turned up 15 mins before we were due to check out and were rude and unpleasant. We left punctually at 11am as agreed and the cleaning staff promptly sat down and had their lunch in the apartment living room"
