Nice and Easy.

Great location in the middle of the town. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. On-site parking was very handy as the old streets are tightly packed, plus the EV charger was welcome and reasonably priced. Helpful staff too.

Room very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff is great friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is very nice and plentiful. The on duty staff was very friendly and helpful. They kept the place tidy and refreshed often. We didn’t get here early enough to explore so cannot comment on that but not so far from City Center. The hotel terrace and garden area is very nice just as pictured. Great place to relax

This hotel is in an old building and they are doing a fabulous job resurrecting a has been in an area where there are few hotels. We had a beautiful room overlooking the river. I am not sure how much noisier it will be once the trams start running on the new tracks. The breakfast was amazing!

Would definitely return if ever in Liège again.

Very impressive hotel. I could look at the dining room ceiling for a long time and never stop wondering how it was constructed. Slightly hidden away from the front with an anonymous facade with a generous car park around the back that’s east to miss, the hotel is an oasis within a fairly bland industrial city. The reception area is generous and well appointed with friendly staff, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast provides a great excuse to outstay your welcome.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which made our stay pleasant. However, there were some notable drawbacks. The photos shown online when selecting the room type were misleading, as the actual room did not match the images advertised. This was disappointing and gave a false impression of what to expect. The breakfast, while convenient, was not worth the €15 charged per person. The variety and quality of the offerings felt quite limited for the price. Similarly, the parking fee of €18 per night seemed excessive, especially considering the overall cost of the stay.

Disappointing - facilities not as described

Hotel was not in the city centre - it was a 15 to 20 minute walk through an unsafe-feeling neighbourhood to get to the centre. Facilities were not as described, sauna is not available yet following refurb. Staff clearly jaded by having to apologise for this but not empowered to offer anything to compensate. Not sure how this is anything other than fraudulent. Spacious room with a nice view of the river. Comfortable mattress but inadequate pillows.

The room was really comfortably furnished and the room was very clean. The breakfast was ok. The sausages were a bit too dry anything else was very tasty though. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However the maintain in front of the hotel is currently under construction, which was a bit disappointing.

Great hotel! The lobby is clean and has a great area to relax and talk. The rooms and hallways could use upgrades due to being a little worn but the room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great and all the staff we encountered were friendly. We had dinner at hotel one night and it was excellent ! Parking has a good space for any size vehicle. About 15-20 minute walk to main city center but you see some tourist sites on way. Overall a great stay !

Not the best stay, the plugs for the kettle didn’t work, there seemed to be a lot of airline staff staying which meant that they were being wake up calls and leaving at odd hours like midnight I reported the non working plug and the electrician arrived to fix it just before checkout, which was awkward as we were attempting to pack up and leave

The hotel is located in a small street without any parking facilities. You have to use their private parking lot, and they charge 18 euros per day for this, which is clearly exaggerated. Besides, when going to the reception for check-out, the person rudely asked me to wait that he is done with a group of men that were standing on the side. This could have been said more politely, especially since I'm 6 months pregnant and I would have appreciate to be given priority.

La stanza assegnata al Sesto piano con -5 gradi fuori era senza termosifoni la tempesta rilevata era 16 gradi . Dopo due ore finalmente cambiano camera anziché fare un upgrade e scusarsi mi assegnano una camera inferiore al prezzo che ho pagato tipo ripostiglio, macchinetta rotta del caffè e finestra rotta con un palo di ferro accanto il letto. Un albergo veramente deludente Imparata cosa significa CUSTOMER SERVICE

Kamer met erg slechte bedden. Veel te warm op de kamer. Ontbijt by far het slechste dat ik ooit in een hotel heb gehad. En ik heb ik veel hotels verbleven. Eerst een kwartier wachten voordat er plek was. Vervolgens 0 keuze en alles was op en werd niet aangevuld. Keuze uit 1 broodje en 1 koelkastje goedkoop beleg. Kamer was proper en zeer ruim. Eigenlijk te ruim want er was amper kastruimte (enkel een kleine smalle kast naast de deur) voor ons was het voldoende maar de rest van de kamer was zo ruim zodat het wat kaal overkwam. Een meubeltje meer en wat meer aankleding had gemogen. Of de badkamer wat ruimer en een bad zou een grote meerwaarde zijn. Het ontbijt was lekker maar aan de kleinere kant van aanbod. Was ook elke dag hetzelfde aanbod. Super is de ligging, wandelafstand van het centrum en de overdekte parking was voor ons een grote meerwaarde. Wij hadden een aangenaam verblijf
