"stayed for 1 night with my wife. arrived late and was pleased that a receptionist called me to check where am I. the hotel is very shabby, smells of cigarette smoke in eleveator and stairs, smells bad in the room. We came in the middle of the breakfast and all the plates were nearly empty and nobody refilled them. coffee was really awful. maybe during the high season time and in comparisson to neighbour hotels this one seems ok but i would not recommend it to anybody for a stay"
"The shower is litarlly next to the toilet without any shower curtains. Also the rooms has no airconditioning, which can be bad in hot summernight. Otherwise the room was fine!"
"Lovely clean hotel, with great facilities. Lovely swimming pool, park for little ones. Free Continental breakfast, free bikes, free parking. Friendly helpful staff. Tea and coffee making facility was the only thing lacking from this hote other than that would definitely Recommend this hotel. "
"Nobody spoke english. The property was deceptively far from cruise terminal. It was dirty. The hinges on windows and doors were broken so they would hang open permanently. The taxis when able to get them were like 100 Euro to get where you needed to be."

5/5 Excellent
Marco was GREAT! Thank you!
"Marco was so very helpful and kind during our check-in. Overall our stay was excellent in large part thanks to such a great start with Marco.
The location for visiting Ravenna is hard to beat."
"When we checked in noone in the reception told us that there is no hot water in the hotel. Noone informed us about the problem and what they can offer us to solve the problem (offer other hotel, for example). We talked with other guests, and they told us that there is no hot water already from the day before. So in my check-in they already new that. We had no shower for 2 days. No hot water and not even sorry from the part of the hotel. We check out without having a hot water...and shower.
For the breakfast we found tables dirty, missing plates, forks, cups to make a coffee etc. In check out we expected some info from the reception, but there was no interest at all to talk with us."

"The hotel is in close proximity to the train station. Our room was small but comfortable, It's relatively new and clean, the bathroom has a nice shower and a bidet.. The common areas are well lit and tidy. The breakfast was unexpectedly good with a lot of choices. The front desk staff were quite helpful and accommodating despite the language barrier. They did their best to tell us our way around Ravenna and helped us arrange for our transportation to the cruise port. I highly recommend the place."

"The location of the hotel is excellent, and the staff were very helpful, breakfast was good value though carb heavy. Overall ok, but would not stay again for a few reasons. The hotel is very tired and in need of a refurb - especially the drainage which did not smell great. There is no pool - they have a spa but on Hotels.com it clearly says pool which was a disappointment as I swim for my rebuilt shoulder - appreciate the sea is right there for most people but I lane swim. The neighbouring bars have loud music until late - not unexpected but with the other elements we ended up regretting not staying 3-400m away from the front. In summary OK, but for the price didn't feel the value."
