"The hotel staff,house keeping was great. The employee was very helpful when he made copies of the restaurants that were open late at night. I came in on 08/07/25 the man that was on the evening shift was very helpful. Thank you for the restaurant recommendation we ate at all the restaurants you recommended great suggestions. Thanks again!! Beautiful grounds and nice peaceful neighborhood I’ll be back."

"Sungold was a delicious restaurant right downstairs, they offered a $15 dinner credit for staying there (I wasn’t aware of that until I paid for dinner). Really good food and unique options, service was a bit slow unfortunately. The pool had very beautiful views but the pool deck was very slippery. I was a little nervous getting out of my chair, as I recently had knee surgery and didn’t want to slip! Good service and delicious small food menu available. The water tower was cool to check out! Beautiful views of NYC. Overall, the decor and details of the entire hotel was stunning. I really loved the bedroom, all of the natural light and beautiful bathroom design. "
