The breakfast was basic. The hot water for tea was cold but the staff noticed and get me hot water right away

Stayed two nights from Thursday to Saturday morning. The room was very clean and comfortable, very quiet at night Enjoyed using the pool and hot tub in the late afternoon and again after 10:00pm when it was supposed to be "Adults only" but a number of families did not read the rules ( even though there were posted all over the hotel). Staff eventually arrived and asked families to remove children around 10:15pm as this was also expected to be a quiet down time. Not really a big issue but...

Met with a friendly staff who gave us a great, clean room. Was helpful with extra towels. Good thing we had carry ons and they are no stairs so if you have big luggage or can’t carry request first floor. Breakfast was good with many choices. Lots of food options with walking distance .

Clean, quiet, friendly.

Helpful front desk staff. Clean facility and clean/comfy room. Hot breakfast was tasty and breakfast area well maintained. Close to Levi Commons; we walked to a local restaurant there for dinner. Great overnight stay.

Clean room, staff was great, didn’t offer continental breakfast but a payed one,was a bar..

Clean, location excellent, and beds comfortable. The breakfast amazing!

Great location, super helpful staff.

This is a clean, modern hotel with comfy beds, lovely staff and great breakfast options.

Very clean and quiet. The fridge & freezer are very handy too. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice huge room, front desk staff friendly and helped with extra towels and everything I need for the roll away bed. Pool was nice but a little cold for my taste but the kid liked it. Room was clean , love the shower pressure.

Very spacious room. We had the suite with the separate bedroom. Nice layout for traveling with kids. Room was in very good shape. Pool was a good temperature and the facilities were clean. Staff member working the manager reception, morning staff at front desk and breakfast were all extremely pleasant. As other reviews have said there was a point of about 20 minutes where there was no plates which made breakfast difficult and delayed with children.
