Yuck
The property owner was unresponsive, and even Vrbo customer service couldn’t reach them. Not receiving check-in information until the day of arrival was nerve-wracking. The interior initially seemed cute, but it quickly deteriorated. The kitchen was filthy, with dust on the refrigerator and grimy drawers. The microwave and stovetop were greasy, and there were minimal cooking utensils. The blinds in the bedrooms were broken, covered in thick, brown dust, and the lower-level room had cobwebs and other dead bugs. The powder room had a hole in the wall, water lines sticking out, and mysterious drip marks. The toilet seat was marked, and there was a brown substance smeared on the door. Overall, the property owner lacked professionalism and cleanliness. Isn’t it a federal law to have GFI receptacles in kitchens, bathrooms? Yeah, big fail. Aren’t there fines for this? Also, I could say more, but there is a character limit.

Convenient place in LEX
Stayed here for the weekend to watch UK Play. Place was nice and clean. Very close to everywhere we wanted to go. Had a small issue with front door, but the owner was quick to get it fixed. Would stay again.

Sports visit
Spartan. A fixer-upper that still needs some fixing. But the location was great for the UK sports events we were attending. And it was very spacious.
