L'accès au parking est très petit et pas recommandé aux SUV et il coûte 8€ la nuit. Bon petit-déjeuner. »

« Hotel récent , moderne, bon confort. Accolé à un centre aquatique (dont je n'ai pas profité) avec pelouse, etc qui doit être agréable l'été. Très bon petit déjeuner. Un peu contraignant l'accès au parking si l'on est chargé. Privilégier une chambre donnant sur l'arrière , les piscines plutôt que le parking Siegburg est située à proximité de Bonn, rapide d'accès, ainsi que l'autoroute A3 cela peut être également une halte lors d'un trajet. »

« Schönes kleines Hotel in einer sehr gute Lage. 2 Gehminuten zum Rhein, 8 Gehminuten vom Bf entfernt. Vegetarische Frühstück wurde immer frisch aufgetischt und man konnte mehr von allem haben. »

« Die Begrüßung an der Rezeption war freundlich, das Einchecken ging schnell von statten. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, sehr sauber, freundlich eingerichtet und auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik. Das Badezimmer war sehr sauber und freundlich. Das Frühstück (Extrakosten von 15,- Euro) war umfangreich, die Auswahl vielfältig. Der Preis ist mehr als gerechtfertigt. Positiv zu bewerten ist, dass ein Kaffeevollautomat immer zugänglich und ohne zusätzliche Kosten benutzt werden darf. Wir kommen...

"Si globalement, le Mercure de Coblence est satisfaisant du niveau quatre étoiles que nous connaissons, mais la chambre numéro 516 comporte une salle de bain, digne des Hotel de Préfecture entre parenthèses qui n’ont pas de classement) : l’évier de belles taille n’est pas bien fixé et est susceptible de décrocher sur s’appui, ballon, encontre ment dessus de la salle de bain, effectivement conforte, déséquilibre des éléments pour l’équilibre, les personnes handicapées circuit bien, mais l’écoulement de l’eau est pitoyablement mauvais qui ignore la pièce par un écoulement collant l’orifice d’écoulement d’ailleurs est petit et vrai Sables vraiment plus ou moins bouché. Ceci aurait pu être remarqué depuis de nombreux semaines, je pense par le personnel responsable du suivi technique.trois "

"The rooms are spacious but not very functional. There was a water leak next to the toilet but it didn't get fixed despite requesting it twice. It is not always easy to turn on/off the lights. You need to press several times the buttons. The service in the hotel is the worst I have ever experienced. I arrived a couple of hours before check-in time and my room was not ready. No problem, I totally understand and went for lunch. I come back around 15:15 and my room was still not ready. No solution was found except please wait. I finally got my room at 15:30 after insisting. There is no power plugs in the room next to the desk. I asked for an extension cable and the answer I got was "we do not have, please buy it yourself". I finally realized myself that I could move the TV and found a plug there. "
