"The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom however did not appear to have been cleaned. There were fresh towels but dirt and hair on the floor, lots of long hair stuck to the shower wall. The tub had a slimy film all over the bottom with more short stubby hair. "

"Bed was really soft. Pretty uncomfortable. Seemed like an old mattress."

"The staff was very friendly, I was blown away that the housekeeping was willing to clean my room daily, breakfast was great. Now onto my cons, most of the outlets were very loose and everything fell out of them which I need for my CPAP to sleep, the fridge froze everything even on the lowest setting. Overall I would stay here again as long as I got a room with better outlets."

"Cheap upgrades and lacking in cleanliness. While the staff was kind, our beds were comfortable, and the room was adequate…the bathroom was horrendous. Mold, shower curtain jammed into the Sheetrock to hold it in place, cracked tile. We stayed in room 228 and the bathroom needs some major help. Breakfast ends at 9am instead of 10am. There were people drinking in the hallway upon check-in. Not the worst place to stay if you need to book close to College of Idaho. Otherwise, I’d book elsewhere."

"The fan in the bathroom was obnoxiously loud. I opted to use shampoo and conditioner but there was not any conditioner. Only one bar of soap for sink and shower and no bath mat. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Good variety of food to choose from. "

"Everything was exactly as we hoped. Clean, comfortable, and great location. Only issue was there were two location pins on the map, but the host cleared it up Only drawback was no table for eating. We sat on the floor & used the coffee table &: used TV trays. Cafe was our main source of food, anyway.Would definitely stay here again!"
