Pleasant apartment to live in for 4/6 people facing south which contains an entrance with cupboard which leads to a living room with 2-seater sofa (160x200), the kitchen open to the living room is well equipped with dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic hob, a microwave/grill oven, a refrigerator, a filter coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. The bedroom with a double bed (160x200) has a large closet, a second small bedroom contains a lit bench seat and a trundle bed (70x190). New furniture.  
Sanitary: a shower room, a separate toilet.  
NON-SMOKING apartment - NO PETS ALLOWED. Ski lockers in the residence.  
  
ADDITIONAL SERVICES (to be reserved in advance): sheet packs, towel packs, end of stay cleaning, baby chair, baby bed.  
  
THE RESIDENCE: The La Moraine residence is located at the top of the 'Châtelet' district, 15 minutes' walk from the shops and 200m from the slopes, accessible by a ski path. Near Lake Tuéda. Ideal for fans of snowshoeing and cross-country skiing!  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:  
\- Rental of DOUBLE bed sheets (duvet) : 32 €.   
 \- End of stay cleaning (A256) : 80 €.
