« I found that the room had not been cleaned up to the standards usually being cleaned. For example: there were pieces of white paper underneath of the chair, there were stuck toothpaste in the bathroom sink, barely toilet paper on both rolls I had to request some, also the Bath gel was empty. Those are enough discrepancies to not feel good about what your stay will be like going forward. A disappointment. »

« We were seaking a peaceful retreat and this property delivered. The house was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Will be planning another visit. »

« The guidebook binder at the property helpfully had details about the Soul Oasis, like how to operate the heaters and fireplace, and suggested local spots and restaurants to visit. Also, the kitchen conveniently had many pots and pans and tools. The view of the water was a highlight! »

« Great location and view of the river. The staff were also friendly. However, the beds were hard, and the bed comforter/blanket was thin and rough. There was also a musty smell in the room, due to the building's age. The window did not open, so that didn't help with the smell or air flow. There is a desk and chair in the room, but the height of the battered chair was so low, that you couldn't use it to sit at the table (it couldn't be adjusted, either). « We checked into a king suite with an in-room jacuzzi tub. It was actually very nice. The bed was awesome and extremely comfortable. The room smelled nice and had a nice window that actually opened for a nice breeze. It looked out over the marina so we could hear the gentle sway of the boats and the boat bells on the water. The jacuzzi tub was amazing; I could have lived in there forever. It was obvious that the rooms had just been upgraded and refreshed. Angela was very nice and was constantly...

« our stay was perfect. everywhere was clean. the staff was so polite and professional. breakfast looked great. it ended at 9, which was too early of us to enjoy. 10 would be more like it maybe 7 - 10 instead of 6-9. the pool, workout room was clean, smelled clean. the bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows. We WILL be staying there again, and again »

« The room is clean and well-maintained. The shower has an opposite hot/cold dial adjustment. However, there is no welcome water available in the lobby or kitchen areas. When I requested hot water, the staff on duty was hesitant and slow to assist me, showing a lack of prompt service. »
