"The Guest rooms very spacious and generous. However, at night (4-5am) very noisy because the hotel guest rooms are facing the street... Also, the wifi is not working properly and sometimes connection are very bad. Regarding the drinking water, which should be provided for a hotel of this class, I was told the water tap provides drinking water... which I think and i was told by my cologne friends is not good and clean to drink. "Very good location and just across the museum. Staff were very helpful. Only issue we had is the air conditioning as we had to open our windows during the evening to be able to sleep. It was spring so maybe they had to control the temperature."
