Quaint Royal Cottage @ Historic Leesburg

Welcome to the Quaint Royal Cottage, a beautifully appointed home nestled in one of Historic Leesburg's most desirable neighborhoods. Just a short stroll away, you'll find various dining options ranging from gourmet restaurants to casual eateries, along with numerous brewpubs and vibrant nightlife spots. After a night out, retreat to the serene backyard oasis and relax by the fire pit. Your delightful stay is guaranteed!

This charming cottage spans two levels, offering a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. On the main level, you'll find a spacious family room with a comfy couch and an extra chair, a 55" Sony flat-screen TV, a dining area with seating for six, a fully equipped kitchen, and an adjoining laundry room (Soap is automatically dispensed). The first full bathroom is conveniently located at the base of the stairs.

Upstairs, there are three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and ample closet space. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and a closet. The third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and includes a closet. Guests in the second and third bedrooms typically use the full bathroom located on the main level.

The private backyard is a delightful retreat, featuring a Breeo smokeless fire pit and six Adirondack chairs. I provide seasoned firewood and a starter in the silver milk can, with a long lighter available in the kitchen drawer for your use.

Normal check-in is at 4 PM; however, if there is no booking the night before, I'll provide early access to the home starting at 8 AM. Otherwise, the home will likely be available by 2 PM for your arrival. I will send a message to you the day before if I can accommodate the earliest check-in.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide several complimentary items. Enjoy an ample supply of coffee for the Vertuo Nespresso coffee maker, with a helpful video on how to use the machine available in the Guide Book. A tea kettle and a selection of teas are also provided. If you need additional coffee pods, they can be purchased at most local grocery stores, including Giant, conveniently located about a mile away.

We also supply bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and black makeup towels (please avoid using white towels for face cleaning). Bath towels are located in baskets in each room, with at least four towels provided per room. Each room is equipped with rapid phone chargers, connected to the back of the nightstands, featuring cables with three different connectors. For your comfort, all the sheets and duvet covers in the home are made of 100% linen, ensuring a super comfortable night's sleep.
