If you are planning to do the same, and have family stay in the guest house for the weekend, read the contract *carefully*. We skimmed it and failed to realize that you’ll need to take all trash bags to the dumpster by the barn and strip all of the bed sheets and put them downstairs, etc…"

"Very charming townhouse, great location. Stairs heading to the second floor were a little steep, but easy enough manage once you get used to it. Kitchen was spacious and larger than anticipated. Neighbors were very friendly and welcoming as well."

"Property seems to be “mixed use” apartment complex. Some set up as hotel-like short term units and other for long term renters. (maybe section 8 tenants). The unit was as described. Clean and comfortable. Walking to and from the car was a bit anxiety provoking marijuana smoke every where and old unfinished portions of cigars and cigarette butts ever where."

"This extremely well renovated historic site could not possibly be in a better location for exploring Frederick. Danny was very responsive and checking in and out were easy. Keep in mind it's an historic site at the intersection of two streets, half a block from the art center and a lovely bridge across the creek - all positives, but you do need to keep privacy in mind. Sort of like a condo at the beach right on the boardwalk. Regardless, we're already talking about this spot becoming our go-to...
