"This place is amazing! Our 12 year old and 8 year old triplets loved going down by the river and exploring. The river is shallow unless they open the gates and it rises about a foot and flows pretty strong so you definitely want to keep an eye on it and the kids. There's movement when it's down but not strong. The kids waded around and played in it having so much fun. The community is just being built so there was hardly anyone else there. We will most definitely be looking here for our future annual stays! "

"I had a lot of trouble with the additional app through suiteop but I am also not very computer savvy. Kitchen was great, WiFi worked well in the house but not on porch. The grandchildren loved the hot tub and games. My husband loved the remote location and happy to have boat access right down the road . Need towel hangers outside !"

"Loved the cabin. We are a family of 6 and the Grandview cabin was very spacious, well maintained and well lit. I loved that everything was stocked up in the bathrooms and the kitchen. The only negative thing I have to say is there were a lot of spider webs outside around the light fixtures. Given that its summer and its in the woods I can see why there were so many spiders, mosquitos and flies, but overall the service and the cabin - AMAZING! "

The property was so well stocked with kitchen items and provided gorgeous, relaxing views that we changed plans upon arrival to stick up groceries and cook instead of eating out. We hiked directly from the house to Mountain Fork River! Less than 5 min drive to numerous other great trails, like Friends Trail. The house even had a customizable, full house speaker system for you to play music from your phone! Don’t miss out on this property!"
