« Warning, do not rent a room here. Stay away. This place is full of false advertising. They have an extra hidden fee that they don’t show online that they force you to pay when you rent a room here. Second of all they advertise that they have smoke free rooms, which they don’t. I booked a smoke free room and was given a smoking room. When I complained at the desk , the employee worker became super aggressive and started threatening me, and was yelling at me. This is the worst place I have ever...

« Room smell old smoke. No renovation done since the 50's. Everything is dark (floor, bedspread, furniture) and lighting is insufficient so we can't see anything is the room. Walls, bathroom, floor, sink counter, miror, etc, everything is dirty. And certainly not soundproof, I hardly slept because of the noise. And no hot water in the morning so no shower. Horrible experience. »

"Tout était parfait l’accueil,la propreté,la literie,chambre spacieuse avec 2 grands lits et un canapé lit ,cuisine. Le petit déjeuner permettait de bien démarrer la journée avec gaufres, fruits, bagel steak et fromage en tranches,œufs au plat, céréales ,granola et jus de fruits, Yaourt (sucré) c est le seul reproche que j’ai à faire car il n y avait pas de fromage blanc ou yaourt nature.C’est à 5min à pieds d’un supermarché et à 10min à pied de l’université NIU.La piscine était propre et à bonne température.Le personnel était accueillant et serviable et je leur adresse mes meilleurs vœux. Je reviendrai "
