"The Hotel is Great! It's clean, safe, convenient, this was my 2nd time staying here within 6 months, my last stay the Jacuzzi wasn't working, this time the Jacuzzi was better, but the elevator was out of service. I was upgraded to a nicer room, on the 2nd floor. The Breakfast and coffee are Fantastic. I hope for Everything working if I come back to Ottawa soon! "

This one was a very PLEASANT surprise, it was exactly what Super 8 used to be-comfortable, clean, well appointed and still reasonably priced. Also the young man at the front desk was fantastic in customer service. WELL DONE!"
