« I took a couple of days' R&R in Mystic and my stay at Shaun's apartment was great! It's cozy but makes the most of the space: there's a wall desk that pulls down, a small outside sitting area, and lots of closet space. Shaun also provided a bowl of snacks and even milk in the fridge for my tea! The location is also great, close to lots of attractions but with a nice quiet neighborhood for morning walks. Shaun was always available and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay, thanks! »

« Highly recommend this place. House was roomy and loved the front porch for morning coffee. It was in great spot to walk around Mystic. Next to the Seaport and scenic walk along river to the Mystic River Bascule Bridge area. Can’t go wrong with this place. »

« The apartment overall was really nice and comfortable, but some basic essentials were limited or not provided (toilet paper, hand towels, wash clothes, silverware - not enough for 4 people to eat 2 meals without having to wash to replenish, and no baking/cookie sheet. The binder of information which lists important phone numbers to reach out to maintenance staff or property manager was missing. We received two different sets of check-in instructions, which we had to figure out which access codes...

« Vrbo is located at a remote area where nature resides and have an amazing view. The host was amazing, showed us what the Vrbo has to offer like a hot tub, pool table and fireplace. There was also an outdoor pool which cooled us off during the summer! Will come back again, no doubt about it! »

« Great stay. Clean, all amenities provided, located short walk from beach. I wouldn’t call it an apartment or studio, though. It’s the size of a bedroom and includes only a bed, dresser, fridge and microwave. Not even a chair. Description made me expect a bit more but if you know the size going in, it’s a marvelous place to stay. »

« This apartment was in an extremely unsafe neighborhood!The 2nd means of exit from the apartment was locked from the INSIDE. Host did NOT provide the code to the backdoor! Back yard was OFF LIMITS, per host.Because, there were 5 dogs in rusty old crates, INSIDE a shed in the back yard. No a/c, no food, no water for the dogs. Host "claimed" I ripped her bedroom screen and tried to charge me a damage fee. NOT TRUE! »

« Wow, this was one of our best stays ever at any vacation rental. Top three worldwide. What made it so great? The owners have clearly traveled and know the usual hassles, and they’ve gone out of their way to make sure guests experience none of them.Tired of places that give you one regular coffee and one decaf? Not here. We had a whole drawer of K-cups in all kinds of flavors.Hate sitting on a hotel towel at the beach? Not here. We had real beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler.Not enough...
