Welcome to use the front porch and small front yard as needed, back yard is being landscaped soon and is not yet usable. The location was close to most of the events and beds were comfortable! If you have more than 1 car, parking could be problematic, but overall a reasonably priced, very clean and comfy place to stay. The owner/manager Gary communicated from our initial booking several months in advance, the the weeks before, days before & after we checked out. ##### Anne L.
