"Historical Hotel with much needed room updating. Showers didn't have proper curtain to keep in water, air conditioning made terrible noise, sheets and comforter paper thin and had old stains on them. Elevator was a small box that was unpredictable if it would open/close/work at all. Convenience of food from Tavern or Formal dining."

"Our stay at this hotel was excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful, room and grounds were immaculate, parking was convenient, atmosphere was consistently positive. Breakfast was a 7 out of 10, and neither of us found the bed very comfortable, but we still consider it a great stay and will visit again. The good far outweighs the not-so-good."

"When we checked into our room, the bathroom was moldy and had black mold on the ceiling and in the tile as well as throughout the room. The room had a damp andmoist smell. We decided to check out early the next morning after breakfast and found boiled sausage links and a small bowl of scrambled eggs was all that was left by 8:30 AM. The room had trash underneath the table when we arrived, and the floors were dirty. Just overall not what I expected from such a high end hotel. The 9/10 reviews could not be more far off, unfortunately."

"It was good a nice place. But to come in later at night and no hot water ok but to get up the next morning and no hot water I know of three room that was out. Two of of us called the office and know one would ansure . I went twice to office know one was at the front desk."
