"Good parking, attentive staff, comfy bed, clean well sized room, good price, quiet and smoke (tobacco and other) free, so convenient to highway and downtown. Cons: peeling wall paper, wonky (but clean) toilet, stained tub. I think that a bunch of updates are happening as the 1st floor had a lot going on - did not affect our stay on the 2nd floor. Does have a gym and good sized indoor pool - but didn't use either. Has a hefty check in deposit, for somewhere outside of Miami or any other large city."

"This is a modest hotel. All the necessities, no luxuries but clean, welcoming and accommodating staff. We arrived with a family group of 20 from ages 5 to 75. Staff allowed us to use the breakfast room in the evening for a family meal, which we brought in. (There is no conference room). This was a perfect place for our family. Highly recommended."
