"Clean room, convenient location to airport"

"Asked for a no pet no smoking room. My daughter and I woke up with the worst allergies and realized that there was pet hair in the corners of the room that had not been cleaned. The heating/AC unit was so loud that when it turned on it would wake us up (and we are sound sleepers). The shower dial was broken so it made it difficult to regulate the temperature. It was either too cold or too hot. The Bathroom towels were very old and cheaply made. There was mold stain in the caulking/grout in the bathroom. Went to have the free breakfast, it was one of the absolute worst i have ever seen. No selection, coffee was terrible. Powdered creamer. The selection was so terrible that there was no one there during the 2 days even though the hotel appeared full. The front desk was not properly staffed. An employee was there only 2 of the 6 times i went to it. Cable TV also was terrible, almost no selection of channels. Bottom line, AVOID this place. Management goes CHEAP on everything."

"Loved this hotel. We travel frequently with our two cats and it is often difficult to find a nice hotel with a great pet policy. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was provided and it was a nice presentation and very good tasting as well. We will definitely stay here again."

"This hotel was really clean and well kept for the most part. There were a few issues. The sheets were poorly put on the beds, one was put on upside down and didn’t stay on well, the other was not fully put on and was all wrinkled. The one that was put on upside down created a “pocket” that caught my foot when I was getting out of bed and I almost fell. The spa was warm, but the jets didn’t turn on so it was like sitting in a bathtub. Overall the hotel was pretty nice but it would have been nicer if attention was paid to details."

"We checked in for one night stay where we just wanted to shower sleep and get up for a 5 AM flight. Rooms were clean however shower had no pressure, was hard to turn on, only had two settings, and there was no shampoo."

"Nice, clean hotel. Large bar and restaurant on site. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Buffet breakfast was better than most. Didn’t check out the pool, but I did notice the hot tub was out of order. Not a big deal for me. Would definitely stay here again. "
