We were kind of disappointed (1) that there were no Mini fridges in the room, and (2) that during peak times during the day, the wait for to speak with a guest relations were over 30 minutes at the In-House Guest Relations Desk or front desk.

Horseshoe Las Vegas
The hotel staff all quit the Friday night so tons of people had dirty room (including mine) or they didn't have a room at all. They had blood on my sheets, dirty carpet, missing towels and the room was just in bad shape. Probably won't stay at this hotel again.
