The front desk will require a physical credit or debit card at check-in, but it's only for incidentals (spa packages, restaurant, bar, room service) or damage to the property. If you use a debit card for incidentals, the front desk will place a $100-per-night, per-unit hold on your card (please note this if you are booking two adjoining/adjacent units), with a maximum hold of $300 per unit. The condo was really clean, some of the furniture was older but that does not bother me. The condo was quiet concerning the neighbor Apartments but the fridge is on the louder side which I can Imagine can bother some light sleepers. Nothing that can be fixed with earplugs und my opinion. It has a nice view of the Sphere and the Strip is well within walking distance.
