The condo was really clean, some of the furniture was older but that does not bother me. The condo was quiet concerning the neighbor Apartments but the fridge is on the louder side which I can Imagine can bother some light sleepers. Nothing that can be fixed with earplugs und my opinion. It has a nice view of the Sphere and the Strip is well within walking distance.
