"Les toilettes étaient hors service j'ai signalé cela on m'a donné une ventouse pour le faire moi même. J'ai du le faire car nous avions une longue route par la suite. Le temps de déboucher les toilettes il était trop tard pour le petit déjeuner. Le service client hotel.com a tenté d'obtenir un geste auprès de l'hôtel ce qui a été refusé. Quartier peu sûr."
