« The studio was cute and clean. We stayed a week. The only discomfort we had was with the downstairs, long-term, renter. She refused to let us on the back patio which was located by the parking lot. Then she proceeded to lecture me on how she has been there 8 months and all downstairs space was hers. She left her washing in the washer excessively long, just sitting there. The room was good but the other renter left a bad taste in our mouth. »

« This is a charming older property in an older neighborhood. However, everything you need for a wonderful stay on a budget is here. AC/heat works perfect. Place is clean. Neighbors are quiet. Linens, blankets and towels provided. Everything in working order. Felt safe in this neighborhood. Also, right across the street is “The Country Girl Kitchen”. « I had a great stay. I showed up & the air was out where I was supposed to be. The host was quickly responsive & move me to another unit across the hall. Everything was exactly as described. I felt safe. It was quite and relaxing. The pool was nice. I even had to extend my days and the host was very accommodating. Thank you for everything!! I will be back when I have to come back for work. The only thing I missed was a TV in the bedroom but for the the price it was all worth it!!! »
