Lazy E Arena Tours and Activities

We really liked the hotel it was very nice and the rooms were spacious. The pool needed a bit of work and could have been better. The hours for the pool were 10-8 and was closed for most of our stay. But other than that nice location.

Super chic hotel with amazing service.

The evening staff was AMAZING! Melissa and Hugh were extremely helpful and kind. They both went above and beyond to make our check in and stay smooth, easy and memorable. Those two were fantastic and deserve the biggest shout out. The staff on duty the following morning were lackluster and might benefit from shadowing Melissa on guest experience. If there had been anyone else in the lobby as we were leaving, I could understand why they weren’t as helpful. But it was just my 8 year old and I struggling to get our things out the door and to the truck, then search for someone who had my keys.. Check out was a bit of a let down after the brilliant interaction the night before.
