"I think the unbending and unaccommodating staff and management overshadow any potential rating for the overall hotel appearance. As many of us are aware there is a war going on right now, and I had to leave one day after arriving due to work, obligations as a result, and the hotel did not try nor care to accommodate me for a refund, they told me turkey was safe (two days later a missile headed for Turkey had to be shot down!! All they cared about was keeping my money) Additionally, I had to complain several times that my room that I spent almost $1000 for three nights smelled like smoke!! And the only excuse that I got was somebody may have been on the balcony smoking!! Unacceptable on so many levels!! "

"Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The entire property is very clean, friendly staff, multiple pools create a relaxing setting. 5 star restaurants for whatever you crave. You can stay on property in comfort your entire stay. We've been to several resorts but hands down this is our favorite We appreciated the complimentary perks like water bottles, soft lighting in the room, and fluffy robes. The lounge was also comfortable, and the bartender made us feel at home.” comfort. The service was consistently exceptional, with a friendly and attentive staff. This resort is a complete package, boasting top-notch dining, entertainment, and relaxation options. "
