"Pros: Der Zustand und die Ausstattung des Apartments sind sehr neu und gut. Die Lage am Ende eines Wohnviertel und die Nähe zu La Santa (fußläufig erreichbar) sind sehr angenehm. "This is a unique place to stay, large, comfortable and well-equipped. The very ensuite bathroom might not suit everyone, as it's a screened off part of the bedroom, though spacious and has a very good shower. It's mostly very quiet here, though might not be if guests sharing the courtyard are not quiet. There are no restaurants or shops with easy walking distance, but the roads are mostly good and seem to be liked by cyclists. "

"Pros: We really enjoyed the stay. The location was perfect for us with a short drive to everywhere (having a rented car). The little sitting place in front of the house is absolutely gorgeous - I have not felt relaxed like this in a long time. It's completely quiet at night. "Pros: Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Siedlung mit Privathäusern, nah am Meer. Ein Leihwagen ist unbedingt erforderlich. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit einer großen Küche, Fernseher mit Netflix und co und gutem WLAN. Da die riesige Terrasse von den Nachbarhäusern abgeschottet ist, kann man sich ganz frei bewegen, allerdings sieht man deshalb auch nicht bis zum Meer. Uns hat es nicht gestört. "Pros: For our first time in Lanzarote me and my husband couldn’t make a better choice! The Villa is placed in a quiet village surrounded my private houses and mountains. The host, Darío, has been really helpful sending us a guide pointing on places to visit and restaurants where to eat. He showed us the house which was clean, furnished and well equipped from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The Villa is nearby some of the most famous spots of the island."
