Clean. Very comfortabke bed spacious rooms. Good food choice but buffet restuarant could be chaotic at peak meals times. For half board. However i asked for an iron that never arrived and small details in hotel room could be better maintained.

The Hotel was really lovely. The food is great with plenty of choice available. It is ideally situated with lovely coast walk. The staff are very helpful & friendly. A perfect hotel for a solo traveller with a great selection of activities to pass the day I would definately return for my next holiday

External grounds of the property are very well looked after and clean. In regards to rooms however not so good, we had black spots in our bathroom mirror (looked like mould) and beds were king but split in 2 so kept moving amytime you try to sleep. Great options for food and drinks as we went all inclusive with choice of restaurants in both parts of the hotel. Transportation wise bus stop is right outside the hotel entrance to take you to anywhere in the island. Overall good hotel, staff are freindly but rooms needs upgrading including beds.

I had an amazing time at this resort. Employees were very nice, the room was big and clean with a great view. The breakfast buffet was up to royalty levels both in terms of choices and quality. The Staff were very friendly and helpful ..the area and pools were very nice if a little cold in february and especially the 50m pool which was warmer. Other beaches and restaurants were some walk away from hotel so we upgraded to all inclusive which i recommend especially as i have to follow a gluten free diet and restaurants and bars all had a gluten free corner.

We have stayed at the hotel three times and it is great for a young family. They have a great splash park with sun beds around, and multiple other pools. Fantastic entertainment team for children and very enthusiastic. The buffet food options are varied and they do a fabulous breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Overall recommend.

We booked this hotel last minute as the one we originally booked was awful and we couldn't get away fast enough! From the moment we arrived here we were made to feel very welcome and the staff were so helpful. The reception , pools areas, and bars were all really nice, however the corridors and lifts in our block looked as if they had missed the refurb! We had a junior suite and the bed in our our room as so comfortable I wish we could have taken it home. We had a sea view but could also see the power station from our balcony, this didn't really bother us too much however. Food was good for AI, good quality and always plenty of options. There was also a great selection of drinks, including branded spirits and we loved how the snacks at the pool bars were all individually packaged and stored in cabinets, not simply left on the side. We would definitely return to this hotel but probably choose a deluxe room on the quieter side of the hotel.

Perfect getaway!

Enjoyed my stay! Location is perfect for a quiet holiday, the main area of Teguise is a short walk/bus. I was half board, lots of choices at both breakfast and dinner and a different theme at dinner. The room was nice, fresh and kept clean. Nice touch with the toothbrush and toothpaste I took for travel home - thank you! Reception team were helpful and friendly. There is a fully packed timetable of things going on, didnt take part and the entertainment wasn't annoying when chilling at the pool - was fun to watch the games. I would recommend staying here.

We loved this resort! Everything from the food to the entertainment was terrific. The staff is without a doubt the best asset of the hotel, friendly, helpful and welcoming. The active concept is also great - even if you do not follow any of then Les mills group lessons (we did, twice daily) or join the gym or pool, you will still put in at least 10k steps just walking around the resort, it’s huge! We were well very happy and will certainly recommend it to our friends. Renting a car is a good idea, drive around the island which is amazing.
