5/5 Excellent
"The overall room is excellent and is like home but when I called the room service or staff and asked for a usb adapter, they once, took way too long to get it and another time they never gave it to me."
"Great hotel for a longer stay as the rooms are spacious and had all the relevant necessities. Polite staff and we liked the refillable water flask. We did notice the taps/drains and other parts of the bathroom hadn’t been descaled/had some yellowing bits, but perhaps this was just general aging. Overall a good stay in a convenient area near the harbour front. "
