"Although we only stayed for one night, we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience! The accommodations were wonderful, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything anyone could possibly need, even for an extended stay. The location was absolutely perfect! Restaurants, bars, and charming local shops were just steps away, making it incredibly convenient to explore and enjoy everything the area has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend...

"We were overall impressed with this condo. The only downside was the number of stairs. Being in our mid 70s and not in our best shape we struggled a bit but would definitely recommend it. Was so nice being able to walk downtown to shops and restaurants."

"Wonderful location. Love the place."

"This was definitely a home away from home. So much so my kids wanted to stay there relaxing rather than exploring the town. I will absolutely come here again when doing our out of towner weekend"

"Check-in was required early. Not realizing that. We got to the apartment late. It was difficult to connect to rental service given I had no internet access. Once contact was made the person on the other end did a great job. Window unit air conditioner not properly sealed in window. Mosquitos come in . 1 window does indeed look into trees. Nice appliances. Shower old, and hole in wall along floorboard not repaired. No work space as advertised unless you call kitchen table dedicated. No dresser....

"Very clean, host responsive to questions, easy parking, great location withRestaurants and shops within walking. Nice king size bed."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts made every part of the trip easy and comfortable, from communication to amenities in the home. We will return!"

"The view and privacy are excellent for a small family."

"Clean and very comfortable. In old town so you can easily walk Bay Street. Highly recommend!"

"Very nice place. Nicely isolated but close enough to Yachats for conveniency. Ocean view is excellent. Access to ocean was easy and it felt like our own private beach. "

"Great location, nice and cozy. Bed was super comfortable. Lots of stairs, but we managed. We will be back:)"

"If you are wanting a nice clean cute stay at a place in Florence, do not book this spot. My partner and I were super excited about this spot. When we showed up it was the complete opposite of what the listing shows. It was so difficult to find the place that I had to ask where it was. The people who helped had no clue what we were talking about and thought it was an old shed that wasn’t in use. There was no clear entrance and no parking. When we walked inside it was nothing like the pictures....

"Nice location and well stocked kitchen."

"Have stayed in this complex twice, excellent both times. Extremely convenient to restaurants and shopping. Unit was just offset enough from the other building that we had a perfect view of the marina and Fourth of July Fireworks show. Everything was great and made our visit the best it could have been."

"Great location. Ac did not work & maintenance refused to come see about it. Can opener broken. Dishwasher was not unloaded & we did not find som pots & dishes until we left."

"It was nice"
