"We were stranded in Tampa for 3 day's after getting off a cruise. Three flights canceled not knowing what to do the first motel we were i. We had to leave because they were booked up we found this one we were so exhausted and upset from all that was going on the staff here welcomed us in with open arms made us feel at home. The rooms are clean and beautiful, will stay here again over and over. "

We arrived late, expecting to settle into a comfortable, quiet room, but instead walked into a strong smell of weed that was impossible to ignore. It immediately made the space feel unclean and not well-managed. On top of that, the noise level was awful. The walls seemed paper-thin — we could hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms, making it nearly impossible to relax or get a good night’s sleep. For an expensive hotel, basic standards like cleanliness and soundproofing should be a given. Unfortunately, this stay fell far short, and I wouldn’t recommend it based on our experience."
