« really nice and not too far away from old town, only problem was we got told we needed to get a key for the apartment from the security, we went to the security and she didn’t speak any english so we struggled communicating. we then found out we didn’t need a key and actually needed a code which we were told it had been sent to us which it hadn’t. we eventually got it. »

« Tres belle chambre et belle salle de bain, le tout au calme, par contre pas de wifi en chambre pour les tel. portables, pour les computers pas de problemes de wifi en chambre, teles (ecran plat) que des chaines polonaises (et sous-titres polonais), personnel souriant et professionnel, resto plutot bon...hotel a cote d'une galerie commerciale (100-200 metres) : TESCO, je recommande cet hotel pour son rapport qualite-prix...sinon : attention aux cyclistes sur les trottoirs : des pistes cyclables...

Un seul problème: j’ai envoyé deux messages prévenant d’une arrivée tardive et je n’ai pas eu de réponse si bien que j’ai dû prendre un hôtel avec réception 24/24 alors que j’aurais très bien pu arriver après minuit. Dommage et ce n’est pas professionnel »

« We had an excellent stay at the Luxury Senate Apartment - the location is ideal within easy walking distance of the Main Square and Castle. The room it self has excellent quality fittings and was very clean. The only thing that really let it down was the sleeping situation I would say that this apartment is only really ideal for 2\. The loft sleeping area is unusable. Communication with the host was hard and we had to chase for access codes etc »

« The apartment was well equipped and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location is a 5-10 minute walk from the main train station and from there a short stroll to the old town. It is also on the tram line if you don’t want to walk. Communication on how to access the apartment was very clear and helpful. The parent was listed as sleeping up to four. It was fine for us (two adults and two teenagers), but the sofa bed is fairly small so I think it would be more comfortable for two...
