"The check in experience was absolutely horrible. We waited for 2.5 hours AFTER our check in time to finally be given a room. The lobby was full of other guests also waiting. "

If you want to have a crazy light at a local “club” you have many options. If you’re looking for a sketchy gas station that has a “shabby” aura… even more options."

"This place was a huge letdown. Rude front desk staff, dirty room (hair everywhere, stained toilet, filthy shower), and nothing like the pictures online. It felt run down and poorly maintained. The pool looked okay, but we didn’t use it. Would not stay here again."

"1 night stay in downtown Columbus, this was a last minute quick trip to visit with friends. Room was clean. Check in took a while, there was one person at the desk and a pretty good sized line of people, they definitely should have had more help on a Friday evening. I was told at check in late check out shouldn't be an issue to check in the a.m. when I checked in the a.m. it was a no. Despite the hotel listed rooms available for that day, meaning they definitely weren't booked to capacity for that day."

"When we arrived we were told our room wasn’t ready yet, even though check in was at 4:00 pm and it was 5:30pm. The staff was very apologetic and made sure to get us a room as quickly as possible. Once we got to our room we noticed it hadn’t been cleaned very well. There were hair balls in the bathroom, and dirt on the floor. We were in a rush so we didn’t have time to ask for a new room, just needed a place to put our things. We also noticed the walls/doors are extremely thin and you can hear everything happening outside of the room. Lastly, we were abruptly woken up by housekeeping knocking on other peoples doors/our door and loudly saying “housekeeping”. Very expensive for such a small room that hadn’t been cleaned very well."

"We had ants in each room was able to switch one room but not the other and they would not compensate us for the hassle. When we asked they were very unprofessional about it. Would not recommend this property!!"
