"The set up of the resort was super nice and it provided a relaxing atmosphere. I am an avid walker and was a bit disappointed by the lack of sidewalks throughout the secured area. The pond and water fountain area was dirty, the water had a bad smell and was murky you couldn’t see the fish. The outdoor swimming area was not open due to the time of year but appeared to be very nice. We did not utilize the indoor swimming area but it was nice as well. The amenities available made it so we didn’t have to leave the room to enjoy ourselves. It’s fun for all ages. Will definitely be staying again. "

"Spa should be for adults only and not allow 4 year olds with parents in them. Indoor pool and spa was closed several times through our stay. "

"This was our 3rd or 4th stay, and it's always clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, and make check in and check out a breeze. Housekeeping always arranges my kids' million stuffies into a cute little set-up, and it makes their day. My family enjoys the breakfast and evening sweet treats much better than other places we've stayed in Branson. The location is perfect, with easy access to just about everything we enjoy doing. Parking is easy, and we have always felt safe."

"We took our young adult sons. We had a nice time and the Hyatt Lodges was great. Branson was a bit boring for our son's. There was almost no one their age in town. Great for seniors and families with small children. It would have been better if there hadn't been a cold front (22degrees). We would have hiked and maybe fished."

"It was nice to be off of the strip but close to everything. The pool was nice and it was a surprise to figure out it was a salt water pool! Everything was clean and all of the staff we came in contact with were friendly and inviting! Breakfast was constantly being refilled and it was nice to have hot food and a few cold item choices! "
