« Schöne Lage mit Blick auf den See. Alles da, was man braucht, klein aber fein. Preis / Leistung sehr gut, Betten bequem und alles sauber und gepflegt. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und gute Kommunikation. Man kann vor dem Haus kurz auf einem der drei Besucherparkplätze parken und ausladen (max 3 h) und anschließend auf dem Parkdeck auf einem reservierten Platz hinter dem Haus unbegrenzt. »

« It was very noisy in this flat, you can hear the traffic from the road, and the floor in the flat is quirking all the time. Worst thing was the neighbour in the flat above had the same quirky floor, so when he/she woke up at 05.10 in the morning I did not sleep afterwards. Two nights with a bad sleep was not ideal at all. Beyond that, location, cleanliness and easyness in communication was perfect. »

Le ménage n'est pas fait correctement, des papiers trainaient sous le canapé et sous les lits sur une épaisse couche de poussière. Le mobilier est neuf mais la cuisine et la salle de bain sont à refaire. Les appartements sont très mal isolés en termes de bruits. La proximité du tramway est cependant appréciable et permet un accès rapide au centre de Zurich. »
