We stayed for a week at B2. The staff were wonderful and were willing to help with anything you asked. Breakfast was included and we loved that part of our stay. The breakfast staff were always cheerful and paid close attention to every guest. Not to mention the atmosphere was wonderful in the library no matter if it was breakfast, dinner or an evening drink. The location was wonderful and quiet and minutes from the bus. We would definitely stay here when returning back to Zurich! Thanks...

Beautiful modern, eclectic hotel close to the gondolas. Hotel takes full advantage of the views with floor to ceiling windows. Very comfortable bed and room even had a coffee maker - one of the few we found in Switzerland hotel rooms. Excellent breakfast - one of the best we had in our whole Switzerland trip of 11 hotels. Very friendly, helpful staff and little touches like a welcome drink and free afternoon snacks are greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Great staff, good food, beautiful views. The private Tschuggen Express cable car is extremely convenient and takes you right to all the hiking trails. Pass for all the Arosa cable cars is included. Only small drawback for the summer, is there is no AC, but it's perfectly safe to just keep the balcony door open at night to cool the room down.

We were surprised to see that we had a great view of the Matterhorn from our room on the 3rd floor! The hotel is an easy walk to restaurants and stores. I messaged the hotel for a pickup at the train station and that worked perfectly to help us get our bags to the hotel.

Our property was close to everything downtown . It was very quiet at night. The staff were extremely friendly . For me the sauna and steam room was the best thing for me. Very large private, modern, clean area. The owners we great, happy to chat with us. I definitely would recommend this place to any of my friends

Very nice hotel, excellent location to train, ski rental, ski hill and bus to ski hill. Only disappointment, the ‘deluxe’ rooms are very small… especially for the $$. Otherwise an excellent hotel.
