"David and Stefan made us feel at home immediately. In our three night stay here, there is absolutely nothing to criticize. All meals were fabulous.
There is always something of interest to do here, whether it be hiking, paddling on the pond, relaxing or reading. It's a great place to achieve digital detox and get away from everything for a while.

"The owner was so welcoming and kind. It is a very rustic place which I feel is the charm. Think 80’s Canadiana cabin. You have every thing you need. It’s clean and cozy. It was the perfect place to stay to enjoy autumn hikes and warm fires at night."

This pet friendly motel had a large grassy space behind the hotel for our two dogs which was very handy. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for restaurants for dinner. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, the bathroom clean and spacious. We came to the area to see the fall colours and plan to come back in the summer as everyone was so nice.
