"Great place to stay very family friendly."

"Had to go to the office a few times cause the key wouldn't work. The window curtains had stains on it. Even tho it was a non smoking room it still smelled. The bathroom looked like a gym shower. The bed squeaked every time you move. One of the light fixtures didn't work. Best part of the room was the TV. It was a nice size for the room. Pretty much you get what you pay for. If you don't have much to spend, this place will suffice. Just have to suck it up."

"The room reflected a poorly maintained facility. The shower faucet handle fell off every time used. The hot water required turning on the shower five minutes before it turned hot. The faucet was improperly installed - cold was hot and hot was cold. A safety bar outside the shower was missing. All in all, the condition of the room was in need of some attention."

"One of my favorite places to stay. So convenient and beautiful views. Plus the staff is super friendly. The only room for improvement is with the elevators. The garage elevators to the hotel are always finicky but this trip, someone got stuck in one. I was nervous to use it after that and just walked to and from the garage instead. Not great when you have luggage, though."

"The manager was rude, they did nkt check me in when I arrived and I had been waiting for a text that my room is ready, my kids were getting tired a fussy. By 4pm we were leaving to get something to eat, when I noticed people are getting their rooms. When I went to ask about our room, they were checking me in all over again and they did not apologize for the mistake trying to justify the previous employee The manager was so rude which I am not used to from Hilton, he went to say that he went to look for me by the pool area which is an indoor pool and I was there for 2 hours, and he never showed up. When I sent a complaint all I received was a snack tray no one called to acknowledge the situation and how the manager handled it. I have been going there yearly for 3 years. I think its time to change."

"Very bad service the first room they gave us smelled horrible like a cigarette like a dog I don't know I know it's happy with the animals but it should also be clean they told us that they were going to change us to 1/4 the next day they didn't move us from a single bed and then another room and in the end they were moving it until the third day to another similar room they said I will open but it was two beds the same and for the last thing, it was a color person at the restaurant. That’s the only one who treat us with respect really nice person. I just forgot her name, but she was so sweet. Also, the guy on the front desk he trying to do everything to help us. I think he’s Hispanic tall guy really nice guy he trying to do the best as they can but other people know they don’t find any solution for our problem. I know the location is nice but the service and the cleaning stuff they’re not."
