At the corner of Carlsbad & Vista, near SoCal Sports Complex, Surf Sports Park, 50+ breweries, parks, trails, pools, Safari Park, San Diego Zoo, Disneyland, Temecula, Sea World, Torrey Pines, all within reach! Recently remodeled home located in the beautiful Shadowridge community right at the border of Carlsbad and Vista. Includes inflatable hot tub, Fire Pit, BBQ Grill, first and second level bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, an office with an extra monitor setup. 3 car driveway and lots of street parking too. We had a blast with our family. Our kids loved the backyard and hot tub. Close proximity to the beach and all that San Diego has to offer. The host was so great with communication and making sure our stay was going well. We would recommend this for sure.

The home was just right for our rowdy crowd. We went to play on the beach and at Legoland. The shoe rack by the door was helpful in holding our shoes and the back yard was peaceful and fun for the family.

The house was beautiful! It was very large, but still had such a nice homey, cozy element to it. I have stayed in many properties and this home by far takes the cake for cleanliness!!! There wasn’t even dust on the baseboards! I was highly impressed and would definitely stay here again!

Daniel and Emily were great and they provided such great hospitality! Everything was clean and nice when we got here. We came back from a trip to Legoland and choosing to stay here was one of the best options to rest after the trip! I would reserve again if ever taking another trip nearby!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful VRBO property and it was an absolute delight! The house was impeccably maintained, showcasing how much care and attention the owners put into it. Our kids had a blast with all the fun activities available, keeping them engaged and happy throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the place was top-notch, making us feel comfortable and at ease. Additionally, the access to the property was straightforward and hassle-free. What stood out the most was the excellent communication from the owners. This home is very welcoming and feels like home. Clean, large areas for everyone to gather with one another. Plenty of space for the entire group that gathered for a wedding weekend. 5-Stars for our hosts, Emily communicated and replied quickly. #### Great location, super clean, and good communication!

A group of 7 of us adults stayed at this house because our teen daughters were down in San Diego for a soccer showcase and they were on a chaperoned trip. Location was great since we flew in and out of SNA. The house was spacious and just what we needed to make our stay enjoyable! Emily was an amazing host and communicated with us throughout the trip. Would highly recommend!

#### Great location for Exploring San Diego!

The property was in a great neighborhood, and a really location for exploring San Diego. The owner sent us to some great beach locations within a 15 minute drive. Super close to Legoland and very convenient access to the Freeway to other areas of San Diego. Good space for our family of 8 adults and 3 children. Good backyard with lots of space for relaxing after a long day. Kitchen was nice and large and well equipped. The only drawback was the spotty Wifi.

Our family enjoyed our weekend getaway at the property. It was very close to attractions, grocery, restaurants, and was easy to find. The neighborhood was peaceful and calm. It was the perfect setting for this grandma to spend time with all her grand kids. The house had the perfect layout for my grandsons 4th birthday. Everything was perfect right down to the tiny details and home guide!

#### Comfortable and enjoyable stay

Emily and Daniel were great through the entire process and were easy to communicate with. We were supposed to be a larger party across three generations celebrating Christmas at the home (our travel plans were impacted by flight delays & cancellations), but we easily could've comfortably fit in the home. It had all of what we needed. The yard was a great place to gather and we enjoyed the hot tub. Location worked out well for all our excursions and travel to/from San Diego and LA airports. We would definitely stay here again!
