Lake Redstone County Park Tours and Activities

We stayed here for a youth sporting event and it coincidentally coincided with the Coldplay concert in Madison, so bonus that Baymont didn’t cancel our reservation to sell our room. Value was great: free breakfast, inexpensive Happy Hour (although strange they served you from the front desk), pool, hot tub, and cleanliness. The towels were super soft too! Downfall: our room had a strong mildew smell. We immediately turned on the AC and fan to run consistently and still couldn’t escape the smell. Our room carpet was damp upon arrival and remained damp the entire weekend. We knew the area hotels were booked for the weekend, so we didn’t have any options to complain. The pool area could use more seating, especially with busy weekends. The beds were worn and not the most comfortable, but again did the job.

Good experience for a short stay

Loved the new style and cleanliness. The room was spacious. The hot tub was nice and warm. The decor was updated and had a beachy vibe.
