You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place 2 minutes away from Downtown Lake Mary. Close to Orlando, Sanford, Boombah Sports Plex. Just walking distance to super market, restaurants and local shops. Easy access to Universal and Disney by hoping on I-4 and/or 417. 30 min to Famous Daytona Beach, 20 min to Wekiva Springs Park.
The space
Guest have full use of the house, including kitchen (no dishwasher available). Three bedrooms with memory foam mattresses ensure you can sleep comfortably. Spacious 8 seat dining room table and to living rooms. Outside back porch with available gas grill and fire pit.

There is also a laundry room where guests will have complimentary use of detergent. Iron and ironing board are also available for guest use.

On the property there's an occupied detached mother-in-law apartment with separate parking aud it's own entrance so that guests staying in the house are not disturbed by the apartment's full-time occupant.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: If there is a situation in the house that requires our attention we are in the house located behind the the property. Please send us an VRBO message and we will be at your assistance as soon as possible.
