« We loved the location of these units, it was within minutes to wineries, restaurants and shops. The condo itself was sharp, it had really nice finishes, very comfortable and good layout. It does have a full set of stairs to get to the main living area and then another set of stairs to get to the bedrooms, it wasn't an issue for us but not may not be ideal for some. The communication with True North, the property management company was excellent, they were very responsive. We would stay here...

« Room was filthy, dead bugs in the bed, cobwebs everywhere, filthy tile in the bathroom water damage and black mold in the bathroom along with rotting baseboards. The ac filter was dirty and the whole room had a musty smell. All that being said the staff was super friendly and pleasant. »

« Everything about the property was great. The two people who I interacted with, probably the owners were very nice and helpful. Nice little breakfast was put out during our stay. Muffins were great. Rooms were just right and very clean. Very nice area to sit outside and relax at anytime. Enjoyed sitting out at their dock watching the sunrise and sunset. Perfect location for visiting Northport, leeland and Glen arbor. Would definitely recommend!! »

« What we liked was the location. To shops in town and restaurants. Things that should be improved. The lighting in the kitchen was horrid cobwebs around the lights. The water pressure taking a shower was not good. Since this is a dog friendly location. It would be best if the carpets were ripped up and just wood floor be put down. « Loved the modern minimalist decor. The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Our view of the water was great. The one night we spent as we were passing through on our vacation felt like a special retreat. We loved walking to nearby shops and restaurants which were so close by! « Extremely disappointing — would never recommend Our stay at Sugar Beach Resort was extremely disappointing. The bathroom was nasty, and the shower had visible mold. The bed was also very uncomfortable. We specifically paid extra for a room with a view, but the front desk initially gave us a room with the view blocked by a large tree. They didn’t resolve the issue until we complained twice. Why advertise and charge for a view if you’re not going to provide it? The “breakfast” was honestly...
