"The rooms were clean, very well kept and everything in the room was just as pictured on their website. The staff were very welcoming and friendly when checking in. The housekeeping staff was very kind and helpful as well. Our big complaint was the pool situation/pool party that was going on. When we checked in we were very excited to be able to enjoy the pool as we saw beautiful pictures of it on their site. The front desk attendants did let us know that there was a pool party going on which explained the crowded parking lot. We had to pay 40 dollars for valet just to be able to check in due to how crowded it was. When we went up to the rooftop we were really disappointed to see that there was no room at all for us to even sit by the pool or enter it. The pool party they had was open to everyone and anyone so it was disappointing that we as guests couldn’t enjoy the amenities included with our rooms. It was a group of six of us, we booked three rooms and paid $200+ for each one for one night so this was not the kind of experience we were hoping for. I understand that hotels sometimes host parties like that but there should be an area that is reserved for actual guests of the hotel so that they could still get use of the amenities they are paying for. We ended up having to leave and return back to our rooms due to the overcrowding. This was just not something we expected, we did not have children with us but if you are a family traveling I would not recommend booking here. "

"We had silver status but we’re not offered the bag with water & snacks. Had to ask for it. We also were concerned about the safety of the parking lot since we had luggage in our car. When we mentioned it, they didn’t share that they had someone monitoring the parking lot. Room wasn’t very clean. Bugs in the bathroom and some dried food under the bed. "

"This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location!! The attached restaurants are very good, the staff is very friendly. However, the room configuration is extremely strange with the bathroom essentially subdivided by a hallway. There’s no privacy, including a beveled door for the toilet lol not sure who thought that was a good idea?! Also, the pool is incredibly small. Perhaps I should’ve known that, but from the pictures, it looks dramatically different."
