"This property was too close to busy street. It was dirty. The first room smelled musty and mildewy. TV was out in bedroom and one elevator was down. Checkout was a nightmare."

"The room was clean but the hotel shows its age. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had lots of options. The only issue we had was the highway noise. Our room was on the 7th floor facing the highway. They provided earplugs that should have been the first clue. They did not help. Highway noise pretty much all night. Motorcycles!"

"From the moment we arrived everything was cleaned and looked to be very well taken care of. The front desk staff was super friendly. The only “complaint” was the indoor pool was super cold. It might need to be upgraded to have some sort of way to sort of heat the water. The breakfast was top notch. Choices for everyone. Will definitely stay again when we return to Dallas. "

"I was disappointed with our stay. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was for the indoor pool. I had two teenagers with me and we arrived at the hotel about 7. Planning to let them swim for the evening…. But pool was out of order😫. Went to take showers.. my daughter go into the shower and the body wash bottle was completely empty. I had to hunt someone down to get more. I was last to go take a shower after everyone was asleep but I didn’t have a towel. There were only 3 and there was 4 of us. Late that night the toilet became clogged and we were without a toilet all night. 😫Staff was very nice and welcoming and room was clean."

"My room was clean, staff was really nice, I overslept for breakfast but it probably was good, my drinks at their bar was okay. I would recommend this stay to all solo travelers and groups. "

"The overall sray was plesent, the staff nice and everything went soomth but I had booked two weeks in advance requesting a few accommodations for the special occasion and they said the would do their best and the room we had wasnt kn the top floor and it was just facing the highway. And there were other reviwes where the staff offered special thinngs in the room for the occasion but that was only offer online not recommended when I called ot when we checked in. And then the breakfast was $25 a person. I wish they had been just a little more accommodating in this aspect. The front desk attendant did give us a parking pass but the whole thing was very dirty expeccally the entrance ally from the parking. I dont think that should be $25 a night on top of your room either but I guess that just me. I dont think it was worth the pretty entrance but it was just those little things. I think its easy to forget when you work there all the time that for people like me I was hoping for a once in a life time experience for our celebration and we got the minimum is what it fel like. "
