PERFECT location. PRIVATE setting. 1 mile from LG village and across the street from the lake. 10 mins from west mtn skiing and 25 mins from Gore mtn. Sprawling Lake George Colonial with over 4,000sq ft of space. Huge Jacuzzi tub in master. Immaculately kept inside and out. 5 bedrooms 3.5 baths. Finished game room/bar in basement. The backyard has propane & charcoal grills, granite fire pit, pergola and table for dining as well as outdoor lawn games. Smart TV in ALL rooms. Walking distance to dining/close to boat rentals.

House is awesome! House is clean and family friendly. There is lots of room! The "playroom" is great! The house has everything to care for the family (sheets, pans, dishes, etc.) Lots of amenities. The host was available when I needed him. Plenty of room for family to get together. We highly recommend!!

The house was great, had everything we needed for a great weekend to the point where all we needed to bring was ourselves and groceries. Place was clean and had great amenities and atmosphere. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities of tools and cutlery. We really enjoyed using the grill and fire pit! Game room was awesome and most of our time inside was spent in there. We decided to do a guys weekend and this was a perfect place for it. We truly enjoyed our time and would highlight recommend staying here if you’re visiting Lake George. Host was easy to contact and answered any questions we had so we were completely prepared for check in and out.

Home and amenities were in great condition. The home is gorgeous. Very spacious inside with rooms and beds for everyone. The home is so welcoming and "homey". What a great spot to come back to after a long day out and about.

Mike was a great host. Kitchen was well equipped but rack in the kitchen sink was not clean at all . I have the same one but you have to flip it over when you clean it because it gets really nasty underneath if you don’t clean it regularly . Rugs also needed to be shampooed and floors were sticky . There were no pets allowed (which was main reason for booking ) but it did have a smell that was indicative of pets . Aside from that we had a great week-end . Thanks

Great week!

The property and house were as represented. Plenty of room. The rec room was a big hit with entire family, especially the pool table. The kitchen was well appointed. It was also nice that with so much room, we could have "togetherness" or not. Liked the fire-pit, also back deck in morning-nice and quiet for early risers (lots of birds). Great stay

Great Family Friendly House

This home in Lake George checked every box for our family. Plenty of bedrooms/beds, lots of bathrooms, and a variety of large gathering spaces. The game room in the basement was really fun for both kids and adults. The layout of the house made it easy for people to spread out. I felt the kitchen was well stocked with basics/appliances. I appreciated all of the closet and pantry space to tuck things away. Would definitely recommend for a big family to spend time in Lake George as it near lots of great restaurants but the house is also tucked away with great privacy. Thank you to the host Mike for everything!

Always an amazing stay

This is our second time staying at this beautiful home. Close to village. This house offers it all. Kitchen is well stocked with most things you need to cook. The house is always clean. Everyone enjoyed the game room. Outdoor furniture was also enjoyed. Thanks again for another lovely stay. Hope to return in 2025. We did have a little hiccup with smoke alarm (the silly bacon). But owner responded quickly and issue was resolved.

Good and Bad ..

First the Good: This is a lovely, spacious house, attractively and comfortably furnished, which was spotlessly clean upon our arrival .. the stands of trees which surround it made the house and yard feel wonderfully private .. Now the Bad: The overhead and wall lights in some of the most used rooms constantly flicker, changing brightness and then flashing back again, at first it was amusing, then it got really, really annoying to the point of our having to turn them all off and collect up random table lamps from throughout the house to light those areas .. get that sorted out and this handsome house changes instantly from C- to A+ .. good luck with that .. Best week ever!

We had an amazing week at the Hideaway in Lake George. The house was so spacious with plenty of bedrooms, a fun game room, and a great back yard. We were very comfortable and were so close to town. Mike was excellent- so responsive when we had questions or needed anything. When a bad storm came through and we lost electricity, the house generator kicked in automatically, which was a huge bonus. Thanks for a perfect week, and we hope to be back again!

Family reunion

We had an excellent stay at Michaels home, it was perfect for a small family reunion as everyone had their own comfortable space. The house has everything we needed, was spacious and clean. All the fun activities of Lake George were within a close distance. The kitchen was large and spacious along with the deck dining space, allowing us to have several large family meals. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Home in a Perfect Location

Our stay was easy and comfortable! We rent a house every year in this area and we definitely be renting this one again! It was easy to get to and close to most everything. It was spacious and had everything you could need. The host has thought of everything in this place!

Amazing house

I cannot rave enough about our stay in this beautiful accommodating and spacious home. Everything was so clean, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were neatly kept. The basement provided a lot of entertainment. The owner was very attentive to our questions/requests and even allowed us to check in one hour earlier than scheduled. We honestly felt so comfortable in this home. Wish we could have spent more time enjoying the house; however, we went up for the car show so spent most of our time in the village. We Olán on staying here next year. The home is very close to a Main Street but it’s secluded behind lots of greenery. Don’t question booking this house, just do it, you will not be disappointed.
