"I love our room. It was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. The waffle station gets busy because it takes time to cook and seems everyone's favorite to eat especially the kids. Staffs were friendly and accommodating. Had a pleasant stay although we didn't get a chance to use the pool. "

"It was very nice and staff were absolutely wonderful to me and my five year old son!!! They let us check in way early at 1 pm instead of the 4 pm check in, and the next day let us check out late at two pm in the afternoon so on top of the pool being well maintained and the property super clean and rooms were very clean as well and comfortable I’d recommend the holiday inn Express in Vernon Hills again and again thanks for the wonderful hospitality!!!"

"Highly recommend this place. Easy to get to plenty of parking, rooms were clean and updated. We were asked at arrival if we wanted our room cleaned and fresh towels during our stay. That doesn’t happen anymore. We ate at the in house restaurant and that was good too!"
