There is no tv...but there is also no close neighbors, no noise except for the river flowing, no property problems and no rules that can make your rental a stressful nightmare. "Very lovely Tinyhouse on a beautiful farm. We had a minor issue when checking in but the host, Chelsea, was very quick to correct the problem. We traveled with our 2 dogs and loved the house. We would definitely stay here again."

"This location is a great get away into the country side of Florida, away from all the tourist traps. The house was clean and modern. The house is well suited for couples and small familes. This location gave us the ability to paddle or boat to Ginny springs, although you do need to paddle up river to access the springs. The property manager was great to work with. "The property is amazing! Very well maintained, quiet, and peaceful. Loved the cabin and it’s decor. Very cozy and had the comforts of home. Our family that lives in Mayo, FL (near the cabin) has atvs so we were able to take advantage of the trails across the street from the cabin. The river was flowing super fast due to the weather so we weren’t able to fish or kayak but we still had a blast! We would definitely recommend this place and cannot wait to come back!!"
