« Nous nous sommes arrêtés à Lake Charles pour faire une étape entre New Orleans et Houston et aussi pour visiter un Bayou pas très loin. L’hôtel offre pas mal de possibilités seul bémol, très difficile d’y manger le soir après 20h sans réservation et les restaurants ferment tôt vers 22h. »

« La chambre est bien conforme à la réservation donc rien à redire mais le site au secours !!! C’ est en bordure d’un autopont, le parking qui est la cour de l’hôtel est sale et le petit déjeuner le minimum syndical. Je regrette vivement mon choix. »

« Hôtel neuf, entouré d'autres hôtels dans ce style. Nous avons apprécié les jeux mis à disposition des residents (baby-foot) ainsi que la terrasse extérieure avec egalement brazero et jeux. Parfait pour se detendre après une journée de route ! Les chambres sont grandes et bien équipées, nous avions une belle vue sur le bayou depuis la nôtre. Le personnel est très sympathique et de bon conseil pour les restaurants (le Steamboat Bill's et ses ecrevisses etait parfait merci encore). Le petit...

"La chambre était négligée. Une senteur d’humidité régnait dans la chambre. Le miroir de la salle de bain était tout bariolé et un verre thermos y traînait. C’est la première fois dans cet établissement et je reviendrai pas. Oups j’oubliais mon mari s’est présenté au comptoir pour y chercher une couverture, au lieu de lui remettre elle a répondu à 4 nouveaux clients. Mon mari a quitté la réception après 20 minute d’attente sans avoir reçu la couverture. 😡😡😡"
